A Boy and A Bear - Lori Lite
Children love to pretend that they are the bear or the boy as they practice deep breathing. This effective stress and anger management technique, know as diaphragmatic breathing can have a calming positive impact on your child. It can lower stress. It can be used to decrease pain and anger. This is the first story I wrote to help my son fall asleep. This story is shorter making it ideal for younger children or those with a shorter attention span.
